DADDY WANTS CANDY

Yum.

Check out the other MacWorld 04 announcements especially GarageBand. Liberry Boy, you should hold off on a world of Cubase pain and check out GarageBand instead. I can't wait to get my tiny hobbit hands on it.

It's time like these that I love to be a student. $29 for the new iLife box. :)

Mommy wants candy!!!!!

Wait - I think Lori's mommy. What does that make me?

Anyway, I want one of those. Green or pink, green or pink, hmm....

I dunno, I guess I'm not convinced yet. The ipod is only a fraction of an inch
an inch larger all around (around .5 inches) and only about .15 inches
thicker but it only costs 50 bucks more and it provides around 11gb
more of storage.

Although I have to admit... the mini is cool looking and I really like
the redesign.

Yes, it's probably still overpriced. Or is it? Supply and demand, in this case demand manifests itself as drooling and a tightening of the trousers.

SW: There is no mommy. Only daddy and his many "daughters."

i doubt the mini os overpriced, that's probably what it needs to cost. but i would spend the extra $50 and get the 15GB iPod. This from a man who already has two iPods.

but the minis are cute! i'd go green, but that wouldn't surprise anyone who has seen my car.

i'm all about GarageBand, though, and i can't even keep a beat. $29 rocks! i can get the education price, too.

The MeFi thread predicts it'll go down in price in a couple months. Which is good, since I don't have the money right now anyway. In a few months, I can make the decision whether to get a super-cutie mini iPod or a regular iPod with better storage capacity. I'm jazzed that a 15 gig iPod costs "only" $299. With my proclivity for things small and cute, I'm guessing I'll go for a Mini, especially if they go down in price. The white ones are fine, too, though.

Me wants the precious!

Seriously, I have an Archos jukebox and it sucks ass compared to the iPod my boss has. We're also drooling over the G5 Xserve and are all but ready to order one or two to replace a couple of web and intranet servers asap.
