LEGAL GUIDE FOR BLOGGERS

Whether you're a newly minted blogger or a relative old-timer, you've been seeing more and more stories pop up every day about bloggers getting in trouble for what they post.

Really? I wasn't aware of anything like that...

The need for this legal information makes me worried, though. Worried that "Plain courtesy has disappeared. Intelligent debate seems impossible. If we don’t get back to civility on the Internet, we will reduce the space to a wasteland." Yes, I am oozing with sarcasm. Mmm, yummycakes!
