An assortment of important things

• Check out my sweet-ass interview on Amanda Across America. It's fun.
• Today is Rocketboom's 500th episode. They're coming up on 2 years - wowzers.
• I'm excited to make something for the Halloween Videoblog Festival.
CBGB closed. Glad I got to see some punk rock there. I remember The Go closed their set with a cover of Gloria. I remember Joey Ramone asked me for a light. (Just kidding.)
Stranger Than Fiction - I'm a sucker for "meta-" themed movies. I'm also a sucker for Will Ferrell. And most certainly for Maggie Gyllenhaal.

Chuck, I saw The Go at CBGB too! With Murder City Devils, the Hellacopters, Black Halos and Zen Gorilla. CMJ SubPop showcase c. '98 or '99. Was that the same show you were at?

No way! I talked about that show with Little Joe at your birthday party a few months back. Were you a radio k dude, or just another gutter punk looking to score some smack, or what?

I was running The Whole then. It seems like I was 14 years old at the time, though I wasn't. But it was a long time ago.

The last time I was in CBGB's was the night before the first Vloggercon and I thought it was sad that it had become a tourest trap.
