I bought this television and it has been nothing but problems. The sound is horrible and there is a 1.5" vertical discoloration on the screen from top to bottom. Toshiba's local repair shop in Minneapolis ( Alex audio video ) has had it for going on three weeks and has no idea if or when it can be repaired. I am told it can take up to four months. To add insult to injury, the people at Toshiba are belligerent and unsympathetic.

I wonder if it floats? Seriously though, what kind of picture can you have with the glare from outside?

excuse me but techology is not simply a neutral entity in the organizational field!
On the contrary, it's more than ever a central factor of economical development (in the other one, the issue is more clear).
Thanks for the info!

This display begs the question about how it will be used. A previous poster asked about the glare of the display and i have the same concern. Although it is weather resistant, I would how bad the weather has to be for the normal person to not use the hot tub.
