Wha's up?
I thought I'd have a rainy night ahead of me when I left work, so I was all excited to catch up on this here blog - but alas, when I left work it was sunny! So, I worked out in the garden instead, and all you guys get is some more crappy pictures. Oh well, soon - very soon. I WILL do a real post - I swear!

Peas are doing well...
Lettuce, check!
And, ta da! The first radishes of '07! Tho' these were from a while back, and we've had a bunch since this was taken. I gotta get on the ball!

Vacation Worries
Hey ya'll! Does anyone have any theories/information on what to do with your garden/seedlings when you are on vacation? I'm going to be gone in a coupla days, for a coupla days and I've got a ton of babies still under the lights in the basement. I hate to ask the sweet people taking care of our cats to turn the lights on and off (only one light will work on a timer). I definitely can not harden off anything to go outside before I go, especially since it's been so windy lately - I don't want to take any chances.
Whatcha got?

The Unknown Flower

Anyone know what this is? A neighbor gave some to me one day recently, and said they were Snowdrops - but I thought they were the little white flowers that kind of droop down from their stems and are some of the first flowers of spring. They look a bit like Icelandic Poppies and have a slightly sweet smell. I just love them and want to know what the heck they are. Anyone?
