From the Jan/Feb 2005 issue of Mother Jones magazine: "This playful jaunt through the blogosphere is aptly shot in an informal, first-person, all-access style..."

Read the review online.

Thank you, Oh Thank You Rob Nelson - patron saint to the documentary filmmaker! My coworkers were truly excited to see my little film in such a renowned national magazine as Mother Jones. I took it as a sign that I'm going in the right direction.

P.S. - all you first time callers, why not check out this Blogumentary trailer since I haven't added it to my sidebar yet.

It's nice to see you getting some good press for a change. I was all ready to go on Jenny Jones and be like, "y'all don't be disrespectin' my Chollie, uh-uh, oh no you don't!" snappin' my fingers and all that. Now I just have to figure out how to ride on the coattails of your success. Can I get you some more coffee, Mr. Olsen?

great review!
look out 2005.

when you buy out your local news stand of all their copies make sure you lean in toward the check-out person, open up the magazine to your article, point to your name and say, "yeah, that's me. They call me chuck." then sign it, spin it towards them, say merry christmas and give them a nod and a wink.

that would be cool.

Gonna be huge.

So, Mr. Olsen, have you had any offers to
air Blogumentary on TV yet, perhaps with
the up and coming new network IndTV? No,
seriously, they were crazy not to hire you,
I'm wondering if they've come to their
senses and at least asked to show your
doc on their station.

hey congrats! - welcome to the medium time!
'bout time.
I freaked for a sec 'cuz the dateline on the mojo page is jan/feb 2001.
I thought how is this possible - then I realized that it wasn't.

Kind of reminded me of prom...

Yeah, I'm not sure how the Blogumentary went back in time... prolly cuz it's so freakin' fast, like Superman spinning the earth backwards! ("not")

Liane - nawwww, nothing like that. It's not really out there yet though. Hopefully I'll get into a couple of festivals and things. Seems like it would be a pretty stellar fit for INdTV though. Just wait till I start my online blog show, then they'll really be kicking themselves. :-)

Ain't it the truth. Well, if IndTV doesn't want your stuff someone who has defected no doubt will. I like this blog by the way. I'm going to send this and check out the Tsunami stuff.
