Emily, you have made a film that touches its viewers in so many ways. I am drawn to Venus's self awareness, Lynette's support, and Jendeen's sense of humor. Just saw the Silver Spring/DC screening last night (and the performance afterwords) and can honestly say I loved every second of it. I already can't wait for the DVD. Thank you for making this film and being a true friend to Steve and Lynette in making it a non-exploitive story, but rather a story of support, humor, truth, friendship, and love...and oh yeah, some great music!
